Q? How should I dress for a Las Vegas Club?
Most Las Vegas nightclubs and strip clubs are upscale and expect you to dress to impress. When you are browsing through the clubs we do advise you how to dress. Most clubs expect you to dress fashionably and do not allow tennis shoes, hats for guys and require guys to wear a collared shirt. Jeans are almost always allowed as long as they are in good condition and not overly baggy. The dress codes are strictly enforced so arguing with the doorman will get you nowhere except piss him off along with the people in line behind you that are waiting to get in.
A few select clubs are a little more casual. For example the new nightclub Privé at Planet Hollywood allows trendy tennis shoes and their concept is they want you to be comfortable. However, the dress code is up to the discretion of the doorman so it's still important you use common sense and don't show up like you just rolled out of bed.
